Jeannie M. Hunt is an artist, illustrator and educator. Her artwork explores family history, sacred space and a sense of place in books that flip over, pop up and fold out into inventive and whimsical shapes.

Jeannie teaches bookmaking workshops for children, teachers, librarians and artists that incorporate creative writing, picture-book illustration, simple bookbinding, and traditional arts from around the world. Her workshops and residencies have been offered in a variety of community and educational settings throughout the Northeast and beyond. Jeannie is on the Mass.
