Instructor for: Digitization Projects: Beer to Fortune Cookies

Since 1997, Steve Chapman has been the librarian for digital initiatives in the Weissman Preservation Center, Harvard University Library. He is a member of the technical team managing Harvard's Digital Repository Service and regularly advises members of the Harvard community about techniques to create sustainable digital collections. Steve is co-chairing the 2006 IS&T Archiving Conference and he collaborates frequently with colleagues and industry representatives to develop standards, best practices, and tools for digitization and digital preservation.
